Siemens Healthineers, a global leader in medical technology, has announced the acquisition of Techniques Sciences Santé SA (T2S Group)’s operations specializing in the installation and maintenance of Varian radiotherapy equipment in Morocco.
This strategic move significantly strengthens Siemens Healthineers’ presence in the Moroccan healthcare sector, extending its portfolio from advanced diagnostic imaging to life-saving cancer treatments, according to a recent statement from the company.
The acquisition aligns with Siemens Healthineers’ broader strategy to enhance its direct presence in international markets while leveraging cross-selling opportunities to optimize its distribution network.
For over three decades, T2S Group has been a benchmark in cancer treatment technologies, particularly through its expertise in Varian’s radiotherapy solutions.
