The Société Marocaine d’Ingénierie Touristique (SMIT) has initiated a new incubation program aimed at supporting 100 innovative projects in the leisure gaming sector. The initiative seeks to revitalize Morocco’s tourism offerings by introducing new interactive and entertaining experiences while showcasing the country’s rich cultural heritage.
Targeting entrepreneurs with a vision for creating gaming and entertainment ventures in Morocco’s most visited tourist areas, the program offers comprehensive support, ranging from funding to commercialization. This will help project leaders turn their innovative ideas into successful ventures.
Eligible projects must meet the following criteria:
- Focus on leisure gaming.
- Be based in Morocco’s top tourist destinations.
- Be located at highly frequented tourist sites.
By fostering the development of gaming projects in Morocco’s iconic tourist locations, SMIT aims to enhance the appeal of these destinations and provide visitors with a more immersive and diverse tourism experience.
