SOGELEASE reports modest revenue growth despite decline in production

The Board of Directors of SOGELEASE Maroc, chaired by Mr. Ahmed El Yacoubi, met on September 19, 2024, to approve the financial statements for the first half of 2024. These accounts were validated with no reservations by the auditors Mazars and PWC.

As of June 2024, SOGELEASE recorded a 3% increase in revenue, reaching 1,198 million MAD, compared to 1,164 million MAD in June 2023.

Despite the revenue growth, the company’s production saw a significant decline of 28%, falling to 740 million MAD from 1,032 million MAD in June 2023. The financial assets also decreased by 6%, dropping from 6.9 billion MAD in June 2023 to 6.5 billion MAD in June 2024.

The net banking product (PNB) rose by 18%, totaling 76 million MAD in June 2024, compared to the previous year. However, the net profit dropped sharply by 60%, amounting to 6 million MAD, down from 14 million MAD in June 2023.
