Téléperformance completes Majorel rebranding in Africa, strengthening leadership

One year after its strategic acquisition of Majorel, global outsourcing giant Téléperformance has officially launched the transition of Majorel’s employer brand to Téléperformance across all its sites in Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa. Announced in December 2024, this move solidifies the group’s foothold as a major player on the African continent.

The integration is part of Téléperformance’s ambitious “Cube” strategy, aimed at expanding capabilities in adjacent sectors, accelerating growth in key regions, and enhancing its expertise. With the addition of Majorel’s 13,000 employees in Africa, the combined workforce in the French-speaking market (FSM) now exceeds 22,000 people.

From a financial standpoint, this acquisition represents a significant growth driver for Téléperformance, which is targeting global revenues exceeding €10 billion by 2025. The company is focusing heavily on expanding its digital services to meet the increasing demands of clients worldwide.

By strengthening its presence in Africa—a crucial hub for outsourcing services—Téléperformance is positioning itself to better serve both local and international markets. The merger of complementary strengths between Téléperformance and Majorel allows for tailored service offerings that cater to a diverse range of customer needs.

The collaboration between the two teams has fostered a culture of knowledge-sharing and operational excellence. This synergy enhances overall performance and cements Téléperformance’s reputation as a trusted partner for businesses looking to optimize customer experience management in Africa.

In an official statement, Téléperformance Chairman and CEO Daniel Julien emphasized the shared values between the two companies, stating: “By joining forces, we provide our employees with unparalleled growth opportunities.”

Thomas Mackenbrock, Deputy CEO, echoed this sentiment, highlighting that the integration brings “exciting opportunities for our teams, clients, and stakeholders alike.”
