Vicenne Group posted strong results for the first half of 2025, with revenue jumping 44% compared to the same period last year—a clear sign that the momentum sparked by its IPO is still going strong.

The second quarter proved to be especially dynamic. From April to June, revenue surged 52% year-over-year, driven by a sustained increase in business volume across its core segments.

Looking closer at the numbers, equipment sales reached 308 million dirhams, marking a 43% increase. The company’s implantable consumables and reagents segment saw even stronger growth, with revenue rising 52% to 165 million dirhams. Meanwhile, service-related income grew by 33%, totaling 48 million dirhams.

Net debt, excluding lease liabilities, held steady at 273 million dirhams—unchanged from the previous year. During the same period, Vicenne invested 4.5 million dirhams, mainly in ongoing capital projects tied to its recent IPO, which was finalized after the semester closed.

In its financial update, the company reaffirmed its full-year guidance, staying aligned with the strategic commitments it made during its public market debut.
