Foreign Affairs Minister Sylvie Baïpo-Temon, responsible for Francophonie and Central Africans Abroad, reaffirmed in Rabat on Monday the unwavering and clear stance of the Central African Republic, expressing her commitment to the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco.

In a press conference following discussions with Nasser Bourita, Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad, Baïpo-Temon reiterated her country’s support for Morocco’s autonomy plan. She emphasized that this proposal is the only credible and realistic solution for resolving the regional dispute, in line with the United Nations Charter.

“The Central African Republic always stands with the Kingdom of Morocco and supports its efforts to find a solid and peaceful solution,” stated Baïpo-Temon, highlighting that Morocco’s autonomy plan aligns perfectly with the UN Charter.

She also took the opportunity to commend the “excellent” relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Central African Republic.
