Green Tech Partners, a Moroccan energy startup launched in 2022, is entering a critical phase in its growth. Based in Casablanca, the young company is now actively seeking international investors to help scale its operations and expand its reach in a domestic market undergoing rapid transformation. Its goal is clear: secure the funding needed to move from a promising startup to a major player in Morocco’s energy transition.

Currently generating close to €5 million in revenue, Green Tech Partners offers a fully integrated suite of services aimed at private-sector clients. From conducting energy audits to implementing efficiency solutions, developing and installing solar power plants, biomass boilers, and electric mobility projects, the company provides end-to-end support—from initial design through to long-term maintenance.

The firm already boasts a growing portfolio of high-profile projects. In Kénitra, it has delivered solar infrastructure for automotive supplier Hirschmann, as well as a biomass project for P&P. Other clients include Yazaki, Mikafric, Borj Fez, and Ingelec. So far, Green Tech Partners has deployed 8 megawatts of installed solar capacity. But the company’s ambitions go far beyond that: it’s currently developing a pipeline of solar projects totaling 330 megawatts.

This aggressive growth strategy comes at a time when the Moroccan energy landscape is opening up to new opportunities. Starting in September, Germany will launch an energy transition helpdesk in Morocco, designed to assist the country in reforming its electricity sector. This initiative will bring together top-tier experts to advise on market liberalization, green hydrogen development, and workforce training. The broader aim is to strengthen Morocco’s energy ecosystem and attract more private investment.

In this favorable environment, Green Tech Partners is positioning itself to become a major driver of Morocco’s shift toward cleaner energy. With a proven track record and a sharp focus on strategic sectors, the company is emerging as one of the most promising players to watch in the coming years.
