M2M Group, a Moroccan provider of technology and payment solutions, says it is stepping up its growth plans, with a sharper focus on high-value markets, international expansion and new senior appointments at group level and within its payments arm, Naps.
Speaking after its latest strategic meeting, the group said the roadmap is designed to speed up business development, lift profitability and raise standards of delivery across its operations. At the heart of the plan is a tighter focus on products that can scale, clearer targeting of high-potential clients and faster execution.
The strategy puts particular weight on sectors seen as long-term growth engines, including e-government, financial services and human resources information systems. M2M Group also wants to expand beyond its home market, while keeping a close grip on how new products are built and rolled out.
But executives stress that people, not just platforms, are doing the heavy lifting. The group is reshaping its organisation around internal promotion and greater trust in senior talent, to build leadership teams capable of managing faster growth in Morocco and abroad.
That shift is already visible. Naps has appointed Mohamed Rziguen as deputy chief executive in charge of sales and business development. He has played a central role in shaping the company’s offer and driving growth in key areas of electronic payments.
At the group level, Amine Ben Mlih has been named deputy chief executive responsible for global sales and marketing. With experience in international commercial strategy, he is tasked with strengthening M2M Group’s position in existing markets and accelerating its overseas expansion.
The changes go further. Naps is continuing to increase the number of women in management, appointing Houda Hamaoui as direct sales manager and Soukaina Hatramsi as head of business operations and customer success. The group says this reflects a broader commitment to diversity and skills development.
Alongside this, M2M Group and Naps are investing heavily in Moroccan engineers, who are being trained and deployed on complex technology, product and project management work. The aim is to boost innovation, strengthen platforms and meet the strict standards required in sensitive payment and technology activities.
Naps, for its part, says it remains focused on becoming a leading name in electronic payments in Morocco, helping modernise how people pay and pushing innovation across the sector.
