Red Med Capital has once again been named a “Best Place to Work”, keeping the certification for a second year in a row.
The company scored 87% this year, up from last year by seven points. The result reflects stronger employee engagement and improvements in how the workplace is run.
Founder and president Abdeslam Ababou said: “The award shows the firm’s belief that good performance comes from helping people work in a supportive environment where they can do their best.”
Secretary General Sofia Mansouri said: “The progress comes down to staff commitment and a workplace culture based on trust, open communication and support from managers.”
The certification is given in more than 100 countries and looks at how employees feel about their jobs and how companies manage their teams.
The recognition comes as Red Med Capital continues to grow across investment banking, asset management, private equity and real estate.
In March 2025, Italian group Azimut Holding took a stake in two of its subsidiaries, Red Med Asset Management and Red Med Securities, to help support expansion and bring in international expertise.
The firm also advised Africa Feed & Food on a 700 million dirham bond deal in late 2025.
In early 2026, its asset management business confirmed its IMQ Strong rating, showing continued confidence in its investment approach.
Founded in 2004, Red Med Capital has grown from a small advisory firm into a wider financial group.
Today it works across corporate finance, asset management, private equity investments in Moroccan small and medium companies, and real estate projects such as the M Tower in Casablanca Finance City.
Its property arm has also earned double HQE environmental certification for key projects, in line with sustainability standards.
The results come as Morocco’s financial sector continues to expand, with more lending and investment activity expected in 2026, according to S&P Global.
In April 2026, Red Med Capital also received a “Sportive Company” label from the Moroccan Federation of Sports Professionals for promoting workplace wellness.
