Accor and Uber say customers in Morocco will soon be able to connect their accounts, bringing together hotel rewards and ride services from the second half of 2026.

Members of Accor’s ALL loyalty programme will be able to earn points when they use Uber in eligible markets. The points can be used for hotel stays, restaurants and more than 110 partner brands. In Morocco, this means Uber trips will help customers save money on future stays, meals or experiences.

The deal also links the two membership programmes. Annual Uber One subscribers will get access to ALL status upgrades. Some ALL members will receive longer Uber One trial offers. The aim is to connect everyday travel with hotel rewards.

Morocco is part of the first rollout, alongside the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. In Europe, the launch will first cover France, Germany and Poland, including Uber Eats.

The companies say the partnership will create one shared rewards system for travellers and regular users. Accor guests arriving in Morocco will be able to link Uber rides and hotel stays. Uber One members will gain extra benefits across Accor’s hotels.

Accor says the move takes its loyalty programme beyond hotels. Uber says it strengthens its role in travel and daily transport. Both companies say the goal is to make travel simpler and more rewarding.

The launch comes as Morocco prepares for the 2030 World Cup and continues to upgrade tourism and transport. Accor is expanding in the country, strengthening ties with hotel investor Risma and planning new properties such as Sofitel Tangier.

The partnership links transport and hotels, and could make trips easier for tourists and business travellers by bringing bookings, transport and rewards into one system.
