Capital Croissance has taken a stake in ELECTRIMAROC SA, a Moroccan company that makes electrical equipment and works on power infrastructure. BMCE Capital Investments completed the deal after securing the required regulatory approvals. The agreement was first reached in July 2026.

The investment will give ELECTRIMAROC more money to support its growth and carry out new projects.

ELECTRIMAROC, also known as Elec TriMaroc, works in electrical infrastructure, engineering and equipment manufacturing.

Capital Croissance is a private equity fund managed by BMCE Capital Investments, the private equity arm of BANK OF AFRICA Group.

The deal comes as demand grows for upgrades to electricity networks, rural electrification and industrial infrastructure.

“This operation illustrates Capital Croissance’s ambition to support high-potential Moroccan companies by providing them with the necessary financial resources and strategic backing to accelerate their development,” BMCE Capital Investments said.
