The Taghazout Surf Expo is back for its third edition, taking place from October 24 to 27, 2024, at the iconic Anchor Point esplanade. This premier event is Africa’s first professional surf expo and the second largest in the world, cementing Taghazout as a global hub for the surf ecosystem.

With nearly 40,000 visitors expected, the expo caters to both professionals and the general public. The event will feature 80 diverse exhibitors, surf-related activities, a creative market (Souk Créa), a varied Food Court, and two stages for live concerts and unforgettable sunsets.

Must-see spaces and activities

  • Roundtable discussions: Organized by the Scientific Committee of the Taghazout Surf Expo in collaboration with the Royal Moroccan Surf Federation and various national and international institutions.
  • Digital nomad space: A dedicated area for digital nomads to connect and collaborate.
  • Training and master classes: Sessions with nationally and internationally renowned surf champions.
  • Pitch space: This area will host discussions with surf experts and the new “Wave of Success” workshop, highlighting funding opportunities for young entrepreneurs in the Souss Massa region, particularly those involved in surfing and related activities. The Pitch Space will also feature scientific meetings and workshops with researchers exploring the impact of surfing on coastal areas, tourism, and local businesses.
  • Surf technology (surftech): Showcasing innovations that are transforming the surfing experience.

Attendees can meet with specialized accommodation providers, surfwear brands, cutting-edge equipment manufacturers, renowned surf schools, engaged associations, and creative shapers.
