Atacadão, the hypermarket brand of the LabelVie Group, continues its territorial expansion with the inauguration of its 15th store in Taourirt, located in the Oriental region. This new outlet, situated in the industrial district on the road to Debdou, spans 6,600 square meters and represents an investment of 120 million dirhams. It is part of a larger shopping center project that will eventually include retail shops, restaurants, a gas station, and a 660-space parking lot.
The store’s grand opening was presided over by Mohamed Sadiki, Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fishing, Rural Development, and Water and Forests, Mouad El Jamai, Wali of the Oriental region, and Al-Arabi Al-Twijer, Governor of Taourirt province. Also in attendance were Zouhair Bennani, co-founder of the LabelVie Group, Naoual Ben Amar, CEO of the LabelVie Group, and Hicham Yacobi, Deputy General Manager of Atacadão, along with several other dignitaries and guests.
This strategic establishment has created 150 direct and indirect jobs, underscoring the group’s commitment to regional economic development.
“The opening of this store in Taourirt is a result of our dedication to our customers in this region,” said Hicham Yacobi, Deputy General Manager of Atacadão, during the inauguration ceremony. “We are confident that this space will become a key meeting point for the residents and visitors of Taourirt.”
Staying true to its mission, Atacadão offers a wide range of low-priced products in Taourirt, comparable to those in major cities, without passing on logistical costs to consumers. This pricing policy aims to enhance the purchasing power of residents and help combat inflation.
