KWIKS, the next-generation recruitment platform, has announced a record-breaking fundraising of over 8 million dirhams from Azur Innovation Management (AIM), a firm dedicated to supporting exceptional Moroccan startups and innovative tech companies.
This new investment will enable KWIKS to accelerate the development of its artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, setting a new standard for modern recruitment processes.
KWIKS is transforming the recruitment landscape by eliminating long, drawn-out hiring processes. Companies can now find the perfect candidate in just a few clicks, hiring faster and more efficiently. By connecting businesses with a network of independent headhunters, KWIKS guarantees a recruitment process that is up to three times faster and twice as cost-effective as traditional methods.
The funding will allow KWIKS to fast-track the release of a more intuitive and powerful version of its platform. The company is also continuing to develop innovative features, including its R2DS technology, which automatically generates detailed candidate reports, and HAFIDA, a visual recruitment AI that pre-screens candidates through automated video interviews.
