The company “Patrimoine Gestion et Placements” has reduced its stake in Mutandis SCA below the 5% threshold, as announced by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).
In a statement, the AMMC reported that on October 8, 2024, “Patrimoine Gestion et Placements” sold 135,000 shares of Mutandis SCA on the central market at a unit price of 300 dirhams, causing the firm’s direct participation to drop below the 5% mark in the company’s capital.
Following this transaction, the company now holds 406,634 shares, representing a 4.40% stake in Mutandis SCA.
The company also indicated that in the next six months, it plans to halt any further sales of Mutandis SCA shares, as noted in the statement.
