BMCE Capital Gestion has successfully obtained the ISAE 3402 Type II certification for its internal control system, as part of its annual renewal process. This certification underscores the company’s commitment to maintaining robust and effective control mechanisms.
According to a statement from BMCE Capital Gestion, the audit was conducted by the firm Forvis Mazars. The results confirmed that the description of controls outlined in the ISAE certification report accurately reflects the control functions in place at BMCE Capital Gestion between October 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024.
The audit was carried out following the ISAE 3402 standard, an international benchmark established by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board. This standard is specifically designed to assess the controls implemented by service providers. It ensures that all significant aspects of these controls are properly designed, exist in practice, and operate effectively to meet control objectives.
