Best Health is taking a major strategic step forward with the appointment of Adnane Zerhouni as its new CEO. With two decades of experience in investment and business development across Africa and the Middle East, Zerhouni is expected to drive innovation and spearhead the group’s expansion across the African continent.

This leadership change aligns with Best Health’s ambition to strengthen its position in the medical sector by offering tailored solutions to healthcare institutions and professionals. Through its network of specialized subsidiaries, the company operates in key areas such as hospital equipment, in vitro diagnostics, implantable medical devices, and medical waste management.

Best Health oversees several subsidiaries across Africa, each catering to specific healthcare needs. In Morocco, SCRIM specializes in medical imaging and radiotherapy, while Soma Medical focuses on implantable medical devices. Mabiotech provides in vitro diagnostics and laboratory solutions, and Saiss Environnement handles the management and treatment of medical waste. The group also has a strong presence in Tunisia through TMS, in Senegal with MTS, and in Côte d’Ivoire via Ivocare, all of which are key players in the hospital equipment market, particularly in medical imaging and radiotherapy.
