The Insurance and Social Welfare Supervisory Authority (ACAPS) has just launched a fully redesigned website, marking a significant step in its digital transformation. The objective is clear: to provide professionals, institutional partners, and the general public with a smoother, more intuitive, and inclusive online experience.

Designed as a true transparency and information tool, the new platform features a responsive interface, ensuring seamless navigation on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. A major improvement at a time when digital access is becoming central to public service delivery.

One of the key new features is an intelligent chatbot, available 24/7 to guide users and provide instant access to essential information—ranging from regulatory frameworks for insurance and social welfare sectors to sectoral statistics and official publications.

Accessibility has also been placed at the heart of this upgrade. The site now includes tools for people with disabilities, such as text-to-speech features, adjustable contrast settings, and customizable font sizes. In a nod to Morocco’s cultural diversity, ACAPS has also introduced a dedicated Amazigh-language page, expanding access to information for a broader audience.

The site is structured around three distinct user pathways, each tailored to specific needs. The “institutional” section provides insights into ACAPS’ governance, missions, and activity reports. The “professional” space gathers regulatory texts and practical tools for industry stakeholders. Finally, the “general public” area adopts an educational approach, offering clear, accessible content tailored to different life stages—getting insured, staying protected, planning ahead.
