Spanish airline Air Europa is adding a new summer route to Tangier, starting on 17 June.
At first, there will be three flights a week. This will go up to five flights a week in August to meet high summer demand. The route will run until mid-September.
Air Europa is also bringing back seasonal flights from Madrid to Marrakech, Tunis, Athens, and Alghero for the summer.
Flights to Marrakech will restart in early April with two flights a week. This will increase to five flights a week in July and August, then drop back to two flights a week until mid-October.
Altogether, these routes will have more than 700 return flights, adding about 130,000 seats. Air Europa says the extra flights show its aim to grow on popular tourist routes.
