Akdital is set to expand its healthcare network in 2025 with new facilities opening in Oujda, Rabat, Nador, Guelmim, Casablanca, Laâyoune, and Inzegane. This rapid growth aligns with the group’s broader ambition to establish over 54 medical centers in 30 cities by 2026, increasing its total capacity to 5,700 beds. As Morocco’s leading private healthcare provider, Akdital continues to reinforce its commitment to improving access to quality medical services nationwide.

Fueled by strong investments and an aggressive expansion strategy, Akdital has seen remarkable financial growth. In 2024, the group recorded a record-breaking revenue of 2.95 billion dirhams, marking a 55% increase compared to 2023. This surge was driven by the launch of 12 new facilities, which generated 298 million dirhams in revenue, as well as the continued expansion of centers opened in 2022 and 2023, contributing an additional 619 million dirhams (+70%). Established clinics in Casablanca and El Jadida also played a role, adding 127 million dirhams (+12%) to the group’s overall performance.

The company has been steadily reinforcing its presence across Morocco. In the final quarter of 2024 alone, Akdital inaugurated eight new hospitals in Errachidia, Taroudant, Kenitra (2), Benguerir, and Meknes (2), bringing its total capacity to 4,706 beds across 33 facilities. This expansion is a direct response to the rising demand for modern, accessible healthcare infrastructure.

To sustain this momentum, Akdital ramped up its investments by 64% in 2024, ensuring the proper outfitting of its newly opened centers while preparing for the 2025 expansions. This push for growth has also resulted in a 50% increase in net debt, rising from 1.24 billion dirhams to 1.87 billion dirhams.
