On Friday, the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) granted approval for the annual update of OCP SA’s information dossier related to its treasury bill (BT) issuance program.
This updated dossier includes OCP SA’s 2023 reference document, which was registered by the AMMC on August 9, 2024, under reference EN/EM/015/2024, along with the note concerning the BT issuance program, initially registered on September 21, 2022, under reference EN/EM/023/2022, as stated by the AMMC in an official press release.
The program has a ceiling of 7.5 billion dirhams, with a nominal value per unit set at 100,000 dirhams and a maturity range from 10 days to 12 months.
The interest rate for these treasury bills is fixed and will be determined at each issuance based on current market conditions, according to the capital market regulator.
The updated information dossier approved by the AMMC is available to the public at OCP SA’s headquarters, on its website, at the placement agency, and on the AMMC portal.
