The National Ports Agency (ANP) wrapped up 2024 on a high note, reporting consolidated revenues of 3.1 billion dirhams—a solid 11.9% increase compared to the previous year.

Port activity under ANP’s management remained strong, particularly in the final quarter of 2024, when cargo volumes reached 26.1 million tons. This marked a 5.8% rise from the same period in 2023, representing an additional 1.4 million tons. By the end of the year, total port traffic had climbed to 99.9 million tons, reflecting a robust 13% growth.

On the investment front, ANP allocated 133 million dirhams in the fourth quarter, a decline from the previous year. This decrease may be linked to a strategic reallocation of resources or the completion of ongoing projects.

Another notable development in 2024 was a shift in ANP Group’s financial structure. The agency fully divested its shares in subsidiary CID, altering its level of ownership and control within the entity.
