Moroccan real estate company Aradei Capital saw steady growth in the last quarter of 2025, thanks to strong properties and new developments.

By the end of December, the company’s total revenue reached 647 million dirhams, up 7% from 2024. Occupancy stayed high at 97%, showing the strength and appeal of its portfolio, which now covers more than 500,000 square metres of rental space.

The quarter included the opening of Sela Park in Casablanca, a new urban spot where about 30% of the space is for leisure and entertainment. This shows the company is moving towards mixed spaces that combine shopping with experiences.

Aradei also worked on upgrading two older properties and started improving its land reserves to get more value from its portfolio.

The group launched two new initiatives. Elevate, its retail media agency, helps brands advertise inside Aradei’s centres to reach more people. WAW, its first in-house family entertainment centre, opened a 4,000-square-metre space at Sela Park.

Company officials said the results reflect solid operations, a stable property base, and more ways to make money.
