A major new lifestyle hub has just opened in Casablanca, marking a bold step forward in the city’s urban development. Officially inaugurated on November 13 in the presence of Mayor Nabila Rmili, Sela Park Casablanca is the latest addition to Aradei Capital’s growing portfolio and is being pitched as the flagship destination for the Sela brand. Strategically located in the Almaz district, at the junction of key traffic arteries, this open-air shopping and entertainment center is designed to reshape how residents experience leisure and community.
Spanning nearly 30,000 square meters, the complex blends retail, dining, and entertainment in a space that encourages social interaction and relaxed exploration. At the heart of it all lies a 3,000-square-meter central plaza, designed as a vibrant gathering point where the different areas of the park seamlessly come together in an inviting, dynamic setting.
Aradei Capital has already leased over 85% of the available space, with around 60 brands now operating in the complex, including a Carrefour hypermarket. The project leans heavily into digital integration, with smart technology woven into the customer journey to enhance engagement and personalize the overall experience.
One of the standout features of Sela Park Casablanca is its focus on entertainment, which occupies nearly a third of the total rentable space. The “WAW” Family Entertainment Center covers 4,000 square meters and offers a mix of bowling, virtual reality experiences, and classic arcade games. Adding to the appeal is the “Exhibition Hub,” a first-of-its-kind immersive cultural experience in Morocco, alongside a Cinerji cinema, a Smart Fit gym, and even a traditional carousel.
Dining is another key component, with a wide variety of options ranging from sit-down terrace restaurants to drive-thru formats. The lineup includes well-known names like Paul, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Yoka Sushi, as well as a selection of food trucks and kiosks that broaden the culinary appeal and cater to diverse tastes.
Retail offerings are just as varied, featuring stores like JYSK, Mr. Bricolage, Adidas, Miniso, and Flormar. A dedicated event stage promises a year-round program of exhibitions, live performances, and themed gatherings, positioning the space not just as a shopping destination but as a cultural and social landmark.
