Auto Hall has entered the premium car market after signing an exclusive agreement with Chinese SUV brand iCAUR. The deal gives Auto Hall Luxury Motors, the group’s premium division, the exclusive right to sell iCAUR vehicles in Morocco. The company is adding a new range of smart, electrified SUVs as demand grows for electric vehicles and new mobility options.
iCAUR is part of the Chery Group and uses the company’s research, manufacturing and technology. The brand, developed with Xiaomi ecosystem partner SmartMi Tech, focuses on boxy, high-tech SUVs with retro-inspired styling.
Its global line-up includes battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and range-extended electric vehicles (REEVs). REEV models use an electric motor with a small petrol generator that charges the battery and helps drivers travel longer distances.
The first models expected to arrive include the iCAUR V23, a compact electric SUV available in two-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions. It offers a driving range of up to 500km and comes with a 15.4-inch 2.5K touchscreen, Level 2 driver assistance, a 540-degree surround-view camera and modular accessories.
Auto Hall is also expected to launch the iCAUR 03 and 03T. These smart SUVs will be available as both fully electric and range-extended models. Features include an aluminium-steel hybrid body, intelligent all-wheel drive and optional solar-panel glass.
Another model planned for the market is the iCAUR V27, a larger electrified off-road SUV with range-extender technology for longer trips.
Auto Hall will announce model specifications, prices, launch dates and showroom locations in the coming months.
The agreement adds to a series of partnerships signed by the group in recent years. Auto Hall Mobility is the official distributor of BYD’s electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles in Morocco. The company also distributes Stellantis brands including Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional.
Auto Hall Luxury Motors is also the exclusive distributor of Maserati in Morocco.
