ALH Hospitality has just taken another significant step in expanding its luxury hotel portfolio in Morocco by acquiring the Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only, a five-star resort tucked away in the prestigious Palmeraie district. This move reinforces the group’s long-term growth strategy, which was already evident with the recent opening of the Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle.
Launched in 2018, the upscale property features 212 rooms, including 20 suites and 28 swim-up units, and is tailored exclusively for adult guests. It offers an all-inclusive luxury experience that blends elegant accommodations with diverse dining options and immersive on-site activities. The resort also boasts two expansive pools, a 1,200-square-meter spa complete with a heated pool and fitness area, and a flexible conference center spanning over 500 square meters. The guest experience is further enhanced by sports facilities, relaxation zones, and retail spaces showcasing local artisan products.
Hamza Laghrari, Chairman of ALH Hospitality, described the acquisition as part of a broader plan to build a strong, strategically positioned hotel portfolio, aiming to reach a critical scale by 2030. CEO Aboubakr Lahlou emphasized the importance of this particular property, noting its premium positioning and prime location in the heart of Marrakech—one of Morocco’s most sought-after destinations.
This latest acquisition is aligned with ALH Hospitality’s vision to become a key player in the hospitality sector by blending operational excellence with adaptability. The group is focusing on both business and leisure tourism, aiming to set high benchmarks in service quality and customer satisfaction.
The transaction was facilitated with financial advisory support from Sterling Capital, legal counsel from Naciri & Associés AO Shearman, and financial and tax auditing by N2AC.
