Two Moroccan branches of Capgemini have passed an important milestone, showing the country’s growing role in the group.
Capgemini Technology Services Maroc and Altran now each make more than €50m a year. This puts them among the group’s larger and more important units.
Based mainly in Casablanca, both teams work on projects in Morocco and abroad. Their work includes building software, engineering design, setting up IT systems and other tech services.
Capgemini has more than 420,000 employees in over 50 countries. In 2025, it made €22.5bn in revenue, with a profit margin of 13.3% and close to €1.95bn in cash flow.
Morocco has become an important base for the company. It is close to Europe, costs are lower, and there are many skilled engineers.
Teams in Morocco work closely with colleagues in Europe in real time. This helps the company save money while keeping work efficient.
Capgemini Technology Services Maroc focuses on helping companies go digital, including software, cloud services and cybersecurity.
Altran Maroc, now part of Capgemini Engineering, works more on industrial and engineering projects. This includes the car and aerospace sectors.
In aerospace, teams in Morocco work with major global companies. They help design aircraft parts, manage electrical systems and test software used in planes.
They also help design how factories build these parts, including production lines and processes.
The government has supported this growth through its Digital Morocco 2030 plan, which encourages tech exports.
Capgemini also works with local engineering schools to train students in areas like data and artificial intelligence before they graduate.
The company is now moving more advanced work to Morocco, especially in cloud, data and AI.
