The General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) has awarded its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Label to the Higher School of Textile and Clothing Industries (ESITH) and the Al Omrane Rabat-Salé-Kénitra company, while also renewing the certification for Maroclear. This distinction recognizes the commitment of these organizations to responsible business practices that take into account the expectations of both their internal and external stakeholders.
Beyond being a mark of recognition, the CSR Label serves as part of a broader effort toward continuous improvement. It encourages companies to adopt more ethical and sustainable governance, helping them solidify their achievements and structure their long-term commitment to corporate responsibility.
The evaluation process is based on nine key areas of action. It assesses human rights, working conditions, environmental impact, anti-corruption efforts, fair competition, corporate governance, consumer protection, relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, and broader societal engagement.
