Crédit Agricole du Maroc has kicked off a three-day programme to get its employees thinking like entrepreneurs and coming up with new banking solutions.

Staff will work on their projects over the next three months, using bootcamps and hands-on sessions to turn ideas into concrete proposals. The results will be presented in June 2026.

The bank says the programme is designed to encourage staff to try new things and take initiative, helping Crédit Agricole du Maroc become more flexible and innovative.

Crédit Agricole du Maroc is a key player in Morocco’s farming sector and the Génération Green 2020–2030 plan. It serves both city clients and rural farmers, so staff ideas could range from mobile banking apps for urban users to financial tools for farmers.

Experts say the projects could include digital tools for farming, loans for small shop owners, smarter credit scoring using alternative data, preparing for a digital version of the dirham, and apps to make saving money more appealing for younger people.
