Emirates is planning a new round of cabin crew recruitment in Morocco this month.
The Dubai-based airline will hold open days in Casablanca on 10 February, Rabat on 12 February and Marrakech on 24 February. The events are aimed at Moroccan candidates interested in joining the airline as it continues to grow its global network.
Emirates says it is looking for motivated people with strong customer service skills. Cabin crew are responsible for welcoming passengers, ensuring safety on board and handling emergency situations. Successful applicants receive full training at the airline’s centre in Dubai.
More than 1,000 Moroccans already work for Emirates, which employs staff from 149 nationalities. The airline serves over 150 cities across six continents and offers its crews a package that includes a tax-free salary, company-provided accommodation, transport to work, medical insurance and staff discounts in Dubai.
Candidates can apply online with an English CV and a recent photo. While advance registration is recommended, applicants can also attend the open days in person. Those selected will be given details of the next steps in the recruitment process.
Emirates operates a fleet of more than 270 wide-body aircraft, with further deliveries expected to raise the total to 372. A daily Casablanca to Dubai service links Morocco directly to the airline’s wider international network.
