Exploring the many faces of intelligence at Casablanca’s 2025 congress

On November 21 and 22, 2025, Casablanca will host the fifth edition of the International Congress on Personal and Professional Development, organized by Le Cercle des Diamants. The two-day event will take place at the media library of the Hassan II Mosque Foundation and is set to bring together an array of voices from across Morocco and abroad under the theme: “Human Development in the Age of Multiple Intelligences.”

This year’s congress will spotlight a broad spectrum of intelligence types—ranging from interpersonal and political to intuitive, academic, and managerial—highlighting the complexity and richness of human potential in today’s evolving world. The event will welcome researchers, authors, and practitioners who will offer insights into how different forms of intelligence shape our personal growth, professional effectiveness, and societal dynamics.

Among the key highlights on day one are a talk by Jacques Lecomte on the role of interpersonal intelligence in the workplace, an interactive workshop led by Rim Kassous exploring situational intelligence, and a presentation by Olivier Clerc on developing relational quotient. Participants will also have the chance to engage with other sessions tackling diverse topics—from artificial intelligence to spiritual memory.

On the second day, the program will delve into intuitive intelligence with Younes Lahiaoui, examine creativity as a driver of innovation, and unpack the relevance of political intelligence in professional environments through a session led by Essaïd Laalej. The congress will conclude with an awards ceremony recognizing contributions to the field of human development.

Backed by a nonprofit organization, this event is more than just a gathering of experts—it’s a platform designed to share practical knowledge and transformational tools. At its core, the congress promotes a vision of growth that embraces both individual and collective evolution, responding to the complex challenges of modern life with depth, insight, and purpose.
