Renault Group has announced a new long-term plan to strengthen its business as global markets become more uncertain.

The strategy, called futuREady, was unveiled on 3 March. Chief executive François Provost will present full details on 10 March at the Renault Technocentre.

The company says it wants to move from a run of recent successes to a more stable system that can deliver results over time.

The plan focuses on three areas.

First, faster innovation. Renault says it wants to speed up the development of new technologies across the company.

Second, better operations. It aims to improve how it works internally and make the business more efficient and resilient.

Third, stronger brands. Renault, Dacia and Alpine will launch new models to protect their position in Europe and grow in other markets.

Before the full presentation, the group will make two announcements.

On 4 March, Renault will reveal the name of a new international concept car. On 5 March, Dacia will announce the name of a new crossover.

The company says these launches are part of a wider effort to make its cars more attractive to customers.

Renault Group sold 2.337 million vehicles in 2025 and employs more than 100,000 people worldwide.

It says it remains committed to becoming carbon neutral in Europe by 2040 and worldwide by 2050.

The full strategy event will be broadcast live on 10 March at 08:00 GMT on the group’s website.
