Hakam Abdellatif Finance now owns less than 10% of Auto Hall after the company increased its share capital. The company holds 5,029,653 Auto Hall shares, equal to 9.28% of the capital. Hakam Abdellatif Finance held 10.3% before the operation.
The change did not come from a sale of shares. Auto Hall issued new shares, which reduced the percentage held by existing shareholders.
Auto Hall issued 3,846,050 new shares at MAD 65 each. The capital increase could raise up to MAD 249.99m.
The Moroccan Capital Markets Authority (AMMC) approved the operation under visa reference VI/EM/025/2026.
The AMMC also registered Auto Hall’s 2025 financial year reference document under reference EN/EM/013/2026.
Hakam Abdellatif Finance’s stake is now below the 10% threshold following the new share issue.
