In an unprecedented move within Morocco’s education sector, Hayan Immo, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Groupe Hayan, has successfully executed a private placement bond issue, further solidifying its vision for growth and expansion.
The 110 million dirhams raised through this initiative will be primarily used to optimize current financing and support the ongoing development of Groupe Scolaire Jacques Chirac. This school remains committed to offering high-quality education rooted in Moroccan values, emphasizing Excellence, Global Openness, and Citizenship.
Groupe Hayan retains full ownership of both the real estate and the operations of Groupe Scolaire Jacques Chirac.
Since 2019, Groupe Hayan has partnered with the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE) and collaborates closely with Morocco’s Ministry of National Education. This partnership aims to support His Majesty the King’s ambitions to ensure excellence in education accessible to all Moroccan citizens.
The bond issue was backed by top-tier service providers, underscoring the trust and stability of Groupe Hayan in the market. WEADVISE acted as financial advisor and exclusive placer, Maleh Law Firm as legal advisor, and Cabinet Ouazzani as notary.
During the bond issue, Cabinet HDID and Associates will represent the bondholders, while CFG Bank will act as the centralizing agent. Additional financial support was provided by SFM Conseil, auditing by FIDUMED, and structuring advice by OXEA FIDECOM.
