Immorente builds tailored facility for Skylla in Atlantic Free Zone

Immorente Invest is preparing to mark a new strategic milestone with the near-completion of a customized industrial facility for Skylla, located in the Atlantic Free Zone. Valued at over 50 million dirhams, the built-to-suit project is set for delivery in the third quarter of 2025. Designed specifically to meet the operational needs of its future tenant, the development underscores Immorente’s focus on high-end industrial real estate with strong rental value.

This latest addition aligns perfectly with the company’s targeted, low-risk investment strategy. It also reinforces Immorente’s growing presence in Morocco’s industrial property market, where half of its portfolio is already composed of industrial sites leased to major global players such as Faurecia and Aptiv. The new facility will add further weight to a segment that has already seen revenue gains from recent expansions, including the late-2024 extension of Faurecia’s operations.

In the second quarter of 2025, Immorente reported a consolidated revenue of 21.1 million dirhams, reflecting a 5% increase. For the first half of the year, total revenue reached 41.3 million dirhams—an 8% rise compared to the same period in 2024.

Beyond boosting its asset base, the Skylla facility highlights Immorente’s ability to anticipate tenant demand in rapidly developing industrial zones like Atlantic Free Zone. It’s also a testament to the group’s disciplined financial approach. As of June 30, its Loan to Value ratio stood at 26%, indicating a prudent balance between growth and financial stability.
