Immorente Invest has taken a significant step in its diversification strategy by strengthening its position in the healthcare sector. Through an investment of 150 million MAD in the OPCI Syhati Immo, a real estate fund dedicated to healthcare infrastructure, the company now totals 200 million MAD in healthcare investments.
Healthcare: A strategic growth lever
This latest commitment of 150 million MAD is part of Immorente Invest’s strategy to support Akdital, a leading provider of private healthcare in Morocco. The funds will help expand Akdital’s network of modern clinics across the country, meeting growing demands for advanced medical infrastructure. These facilities, leased on long-term contracts, are expected to ensure stable and sustainable returns for Immorente Invest while addressing critical healthcare needs.
The OPCI Syhati Immo is central to this initiative. As a specialized healthcare real estate platform, it owns both current and upcoming Akdital clinic properties, providing the structural support needed for growth in this vital sector.
A diversified and growing portfolio
Since 2023, Immorente Invest has accelerated its investments, reaching a total of 450 million MAD, with 200 million MAD dedicated to healthcare. Simultaneously, it has continued strengthening its presence in the industrial sector, with cumulative investments nearing 180 million MAD.
This dynamic approach underscores the company’s ambition to build a balanced and resilient portfolio, targeting strategic sectors like healthcare and industry. By 2025, Immorente Invest plans to maintain this diversification, positioning itself as a key player with a robust and forward-thinking business model.
