A French IT company is tightening its links with Morocco as it looks to grow its international business and rely more on overseas tech hubs. Infotel said in its 2025 financial report that Groupe Adaming Maroc, based in Casablanca, is now fully integrated into the group. Infotel owns 65% of the Moroccan subsidiary.

The company said Morocco now sits alongside its key international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, India, Canada and Spain. It sees the country as an important base for IT services such as consulting, engineering and application maintenance.

The integration comes during a stable year for Infotel. The group reported revenue of €294m in 2025, almost unchanged from €294.8m the previous year.

Operating income stood at €24.7m and net profit at €14.4m. The company also recorded €642,000 in goodwill linked to its Moroccan subsidiary. It noted that part of the acquisition cost will be paid over three years and is listed under other liabilities.

Infotel said its Casablanca operation helps strengthen its ability to deliver services across different markets. The report did not include executive comments but described the Moroccan unit as part of its wider service delivery setup.

Infotel was founded in Paris in 1979, originally focusing on IBM DB2 database optimisation for banks and insurance companies. It listed on Euronext Paris in 1999 and has since expanded into a broader digital services business.

The group now operates two main activities. Most of its revenue, around 95%, comes from IT services including software maintenance, cybersecurity and cloud migration for large clients in sectors such as banking, aerospace and transport. It also runs a smaller software publishing arm, which includes tools like the Orlando suite used in aviation documentation and other products developed with IBM.

The Morocco integration is part of Infotel’s “Horizon 2026” plan, which targets €380m in revenue. The strategy focuses on expanding offshore capacity in countries such as Morocco and India, investing in artificial intelligence to modernise older systems, and reducing reliance on France, which has historically provided most of its income.

As of early 2026, Infotel employs more than 3,100 people and reports no debt. Its services business has seen mixed performance in recent years, but its software division continues to grow at a double-digit pace, supported by recurring licensing income.
