Jalal Charaf, a graduate of Centrale Paris, has taken on two key roles: Chief Digital Officer at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and President of the Centraliens and Supélec Association of Morocco. With a wealth of experience in both academia and the corporate world, Charaf is well-equipped to address the current challenges and opportunities facing the academic community.

Since joining the Board of Directors of the École Centrale Casablanca (ECC) in 2022, Charaf has gained valuable insights into the organization’s structure and strategic priorities. His extensive background makes him a strong leader as the ECC navigates its future challenges.

Charaf succeeds Ghita Lahlou, who served as Director General of the ECC from 2014 to 2024, completing two terms. Although stepping down from her role, Lahlou will continue to contribute to the centralian community as a newly appointed member of the ECC Board of Directors.
