Lesieur Cristal has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for October 18, aimed at approving significant changes to the company’s business focus. This shift will allow Lesieur Cristal to diversify into promising new sectors.

The company plans to expand its operations into the manufacturing, import, and export of cosmetic and personal hygiene products. This strategic move reflects a clear intent to diversify its revenue streams and enter rapidly growing markets.

In addition, Lesieur Cristal aims to strengthen its presence in the agricultural sector by creating, acquiring, and managing agricultural operations. This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment to sustainable development and enhancing its value chain.

The EGM will also address the potential relocation of the company’s headquarters. Currently based at Casa Business Towers, the headquarters could be moved within the same prefecture or province by decision of the board of directors, or elsewhere in Morocco with shareholder approval.

These strategic changes highlight Lesieur Cristal’s ambition to become a key player in diversified, high-growth sectors, while also improving its operational flexibility.
