Mauritius SPE PEF III LP takes 40% stake in Groupe Santé Tilila

The investment fund SPE PEF III LP is preparing to acquire a 40% stake in Groupe Santé Tilila SA, joining the company’s original founders, Dr. Mostafa Attaf and Dr. Sabah Ben Abdelkrim El Filali, in a move that will result in joint control of the business.

SPE PEF III LP, headquartered in Mauritius, specializes in supporting fast-growing small and mid-sized companies across Africa. Its investment focus includes key sectors such as healthcare, education, industry, and business services. This upcoming deal underscores its continued commitment to advancing healthcare infrastructure across the continent.

Groupe Santé Tilila SA, based in Agadir, serves as a holding company for its sole subsidiary, Clinique Tilila SARL. The clinic operates in the same city and offers a wide range of specialized medical services. It is particularly known for its cancer treatment programs, including chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and also houses a radiology unit, making it a key provider of advanced care in the region.

The entry of SPE PEF III LP is expected to bring both financial muscle and strategic guidance to the group. By combining institutional investment with deep medical expertise, the partnership aims to accelerate the development of the clinic’s services and broaden access to high-quality care.
