Moroccan asset manager Maydane Reim has opened a cash subscription period for its fund from 16 February to 20 February 2026 at 12:00, the company said.
The offer is open to existing shareholders and eligible investors, in line with the fund’s management rules and information document.
Maydane Reim is seeking to raise up to 100 million dirhams. Each subscription must be at least one million dirhams. The company said the operation aims to strengthen the fund’s resources as part of its investment strategy.
An exceptional net asset value will be set on 23 February 2026. This will determine the price of the new shares issued under the subscription.
Maydane Reim said it cannot be held responsible for whether the investment suits the financial situation or profile of subscribers.
The capital increase comes as real estate investment funds, known as OPCIs, continue to expand in Morocco, with targeted operations aimed at supporting growth and investment strategies.
