Since their first appearance, Moroccan athletes have accumulated a total of 53 medals, comprising 19 gold, 17 silver, and 17 bronze. The country was represented in Paris by a delegation of 38 athletes, competing in events including para-athletics (motor and visual impairments), wheelchair tennis, para-powerlifting, para-taekwondo, road para-cycling, and blind football.
