The Moroccan drugmaker reported revenue of 208.2 million dirhams in the first three months of the year, up 1.9% from the same period in 2025.

Promopharm said the pharmaceutical market remained largely stable during the quarter. As a result, the increase in sales came mainly from Promopharm’s own business efforts and the addition of new products to its portfolio.

New asthma treatments were among the main products supporting growth during the period.

Promopharm also continued to reduce its debt. Total financial debt stood at 183 million dirhams at the end of March, down from 192.2 million dirhams three months earlier. The company said this was due to regular loan repayments and careful financial management.

Investment spending reached nearly 1.5 million dirhams during the quarter. Most of the money went towards improving production facilities and strengthening manufacturing capacity.
