OCP Africa has completed a major capital increase, raising over 933 million dirhams and boosting its total share capital to 2.4 billion dirhams—up from 1.46 billion. The move signals a significant step in the company’s financial strategy and reinforces its capacity for expansion across the African continent.
The decision was approved during an extraordinary general meeting held on December 8, 2025. The capital injection was formally acknowledged by the company’s board of directors on December 26. As a result, Article 6 of the company’s statutes was amended to reflect the new capital structure.
The updated information was officially filed with the Casablanca Commercial Court on January 9, 2026, under registration number 1006929. Headquartered on Al Abtal Street in Casablanca, OCP Africa is listed in the commercial register under number 27073.
