OCP Maintenance Solutions has opened its first international subsidiary in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to turn Moroccan industrial know-how into a global service brand.
The new branch, I-Sense International, targets Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing industrial sector, where petrochemicals, mining, and other capital-heavy industries are investing billions as part of economic diversification plans.
Launched in 2017 as a small internal unit for OCP Group’s mining and chemical operations, the company quickly moved beyond basic repairs. By 2020, it became a full subsidiary, using sensors and advanced monitoring software to predict machine failures before they happen.
The name I-Sense signals the company’s reliance on digital monitoring. Sensors and specialised software track the real-time “health” of industrial assets. This approach helps factories reduce unexpected downtime, lower maintenance costs, and extend the lifespan of expensive machinery.
Its “Made in Morocco” expertise is now exported to France, Switzerland, Spain, Côte d’Ivoire, India, and beyond, serving sectors including mining, chemicals, paper, cement, steel, and beverages.
