Outsourcia Group has announced the appointment of Chloé Beauvallet as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 12, 2024. She will work alongside Youssef Chraibi, the group’s President and Founder.
In her new role, Chloé will oversee all of Outsourcia’s operations, as well as drive commercial strategy and innovation. Her responsibilities will include contributing to the group’s strategic vision and reinforcing Outsourcia’s unique position as a key player in outsourced customer experience services.
Chloé succeeds Arnaud Delattre, who successfully led the group for the past two years, including the integration of PhoneAct in Tunisia and implementing a new organizational structure and governance model.
Youssef Chraibi expressed his gratitude: “I warmly thank Arnaud for his dedication during a crucial time of our transition. He successfully managed key projects that have structured the group’s evolution and ensured its growth. Chloé’s expertise in customer-centric transformations and her management skills in large organizations will be key assets for Outsourcia’s next chapter. I am confident that together, we will take the company to new heights, and I wish her great success in her new role!”
Chloé Beauvallet shared her enthusiasm: “I am eager to collaborate with the teams that have already contributed to Outsourcia’s success across the globe. I am particularly excited to join a leading mid-market operator at a time when the market is being reshaped by major consolidations and the rise of generative AI.”
With over 20 years of experience in marketing and customer relationship management, Chloé has led strategic transformations for companies such as CANAL+, PMU, BNP Paribas, Foundever France, and Cogedim, and also served as an independent board member for Boulanger.
