Morocco’s Abdeslam Hili on Thursday morning won the gold medal for Morocco in the 400m T12 with a new world record at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. The Moroccan athlete won with a time of 47.59 seconds, beating the world record of 47.79 seconds.
US Noah Malone took silver with a time of 47.93 seconds, while Tunisian Rouay Jebabli came third (48.01 seconds).
Moroccan Mahdi Afri finished fourth (48.93 sec).
