The PRISM office building has received Edge Advanced environmental certification for its construction. EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is a green certification system developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to certify the integration of energy and water saving solutions in buildings. The goal of EDGE certification is to reduce the environmental footprint of the building sector, particularly in emerging economies.

Prism is committed to using high-performance, low-energy materials that contribute to energy savings of around 40% for its future occupants.

Offices, a new asset class Aradei Capital is pursuing its growth and diversification strategy by launching the construction of its first office building. Ideally located on the outskirts of the booming Sidi Maarouf business district in Casablanca and benefiting from optimal visibility, Prism is an Edge Advanced certified energy-efficient building.
