Royal Air Maroc will resume several direct routes linking Marrakech with four major French cities and expand service to both Marseille and Brussels, starting October 10, 2025. The move aims to boost connections between the “Red City” and key markets in France and Belgium.
Flights to Toulouse, Lyon, Nantes, and Bordeaux will return with two weekly services each. Toulouse and Lyon will be served on Mondays and Fridays, Nantes on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and Bordeaux on Thursdays and Sundays. The schedules have been designed to suit both leisure travelers and members of the Moroccan diaspora living in Europe.
At the same time, the national carrier will increase flights to Marseille, which will now operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and to Brussels on Thursdays and Sundays. All flights will depart from Marrakech-Menara Airport, with arrivals timed for either daytime or evening depending on the destination.
CEO Hamid Addou says this expansion is part of the airline’s long-term growth strategy, which prioritizes strengthening direct connections by 2030. The goal is to link Morocco’s main cities more closely to Europe’s biggest source markets and reinforce Marrakech’s status as a leading tourist destination.
These additions build on an existing network connecting Moroccan cities to major European hubs, including Paris, Brussels, Barcelona, London, Amsterdam, and Düsseldorf. Tickets are now available via Royal Air Maroc’s website, call center, agencies, and partner travel agents.
