Casablanca is gearing up for a festival of laughter as the Comediablanca Festival makes a highly anticipated return on May 30 and 31, 2025, at the Mohammed V Complex. Organized by Tendansia, this second edition promises an unforgettable lineup, bringing together some of the biggest names in stand-up comedy alongside rising stars ready to set the stage on fire.
Blending tributes to legendary comedians with a spotlight on fresh talent, Comediablanca 2025 boasts an impressive roster. On May 30, the Arabophone Gala will be headlined by Hanane El Fadili, a true icon of Moroccan comedy, supported by a dynamic group of up-and-coming comedians. The following night, May 31, the Francophone Gala will feature Roman Frayssinet, a master of absurd humor, who is set to deliver a performance worthy of his reputation.
The Arabophone Gala on May 30 will showcase a vibrant mix of Moroccan comedic talent, with Hanane El Fadili at the center of the evening. Sharing the stage with her will be a stellar cast, including Oussama Ramzi, known for his sharp wit and social media fame; Ayoub Idri, a specialist in social satire and viral parodies; Driss & Mehdi, an electrifying duo and winners of Comédia; Said & Wadie, masters of wordplay and absurd humor; Ghita Kitane, a rising star with undeniable charisma; Simo Sedraty, a digital and television personality making a return to his stand-up roots; and Mohammed Fatih, whose biting humor captivates both live audiences and TV viewers alike.
On May 31, the Francophone Gala will take center stage, promising an evening filled with absurdity and spot-on impressions. Roman Frayssinet will lead the lineup, supported by a diverse group of comedians. Hosting the night will be Meryem Benoua, a charismatic emcee. Joining her will be Mimo Lazrak, whose breakthrough performance in the festival’s first edition made waves; Oualas, the creator of the Africa du Rire festival, who blends Moroccan and African comedy influences; Coco Makmak, the queen of sharp, self-deprecating humor; Sarah Lélé, a Brussels-based comic of Cameroonian descent known for her punchy delivery; Ethan Lallouz, a young Moroccan stand-up artist making a name for himself on Parisian stages; and Erick Baert, the “chameleon of impressions,” capable of mimicking over 140 voices, including that of Charles Aznavour.
Beyond the comedy shows, Comediablanca will offer an immersive festival experience, featuring a lively village where attendees can enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, a mouthwatering food court, and a Creators’ Market showcasing local talent.
